RESOLIITION N0. i-iL3 <br />E <br />By I44r Lockemer. <br />"AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THI; CT,F+.RK <br />TO DRAW 5'PARR9NT IlV F°AVOR OF TBE TRUSTEES <br />OF Pv7AYF IELD UNI ON CENiETERY F OR THE SUM OF <br />$400.00. <br />VlHEREAS, the trustees of Mayfield Union Cemetery have made applica- <br />tion to a.ll the Qillages of Ma3rfield Heights, High].and Heights and Mayfield <br />for an appropriation.and payment of four hundred dollars ($400.00) each, which <br />sum 3s to be used and devoted to the cost of improvement Apkeeg-of said <br />cemetery during the balance of the year 1928, and <br />WHEREAS, this Village is, by virtue of law and Ordinance No.75, <br />0 <br />passed September 19,1928, obligated to bear equally wit?1 the aforementioned <br />villages all expense of manntenance and improvemenit of said cem.etery, and <br />1VHEREAS, the Trustees hage not realized suffieient funds from taxa- <br />tion, and payments froira tkae respective villages and sale of lots, to defray <br />said necessary expenso of improvement and maintenance; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOZVED by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, State of <br />Ohio; <br />SECTION 1. That the Clerk be and he ie hereby authorized and directed <br />to pay to the Trustees of Mayfield IInion Cemetexy the sum of Four Hundred <br />D611ars from the Cemetery gccount of the General Fund, as this villagebs <br />px°oportionato share of said neeessar,y expense in maintaining and improving <br />said Cemetery for and during the year 1928, if and when the Villages of <br />Mayfield Hoights and Highland Heights pass the neeessary legislation to an <br />equal stun oP moneg to said Trustees. <br />SECTION 2.
