RESOZUTION N0. <br />? <br />By Mr. <br />A resolution granting permission,to the <br />Board of -County Counnissioners of Cuyahoga <br />Countiy, Ohio to construct certain setivers and <br />a sev8age treatment plant vaithin Mayfield <br />Village. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio <br />has requosted permission to contract cextain setivers and a sewage treatment <br />plant within Mayfield Village, and WHEREAS; it is novJ deemed advi3able to permit said Board of County <br />Commissioners to construct said sewers and sewage treatment plant within said <br />Village of Pdayfield; Now therefbre <br />BE IT RESOLVEV by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, State of <br />Ohio: That the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio be, <br />and they are hereby granted permission to construct seivers-in S?.O.M. Center <br />Road frorn the southerly liinits of Mayfield Village to Bonnyview Drive and in <br />Bonnyviesv Drive from S.O.M. Center Road to Beechhill Road, together with a <br />? sewage -treatment plant to be located east of Beechhill Road;. said permission <br />being granted subject to the follovvi.ng conditions: <br />No'work shaZl be done on said sowers or sevaage treatment plant tivi•thin <br />Mayfield Vi].lage until after the plans therefor have been approved by the <br />Mayfield Village Council. <br />That 'Uhe County shall indemni.fy and save the Village of MayfieZd and <br />its officials and agents harmless from all claims of any nature whatsoever by <br />any person, firm or corporation fbr damages, either to person or property, <br />ariaing out of the construction or operation of said sewers or sewage treat- <br />ment plant within Mayfield Village, <br />That that Clerk be and he is hereby directed to file a certified copy <br />of this resolution with the C1erlt o#' the Board_ of County Corimissioners of <br />Cuyahoga Coun-Ey.
