WILLIS v <br />A RESOLUTTON PROVIDING FOR TIiE PAYIVIENTOF <br />COMPENSATION TO THE VII,IAGE ENGINEERS IN <br />TIi-h PJIAITER OF SPECIAL ASSESSNIENTS hERETO- <br />FORE LEVIID v . <br />. • WI-iEREAS, the Village Engineers,, The Sterling Engineer- <br />ing Compa.ny; have rendered services to this Village in the computing oF the <br />amount of the special a.ssessments to be 7.evied.for the next tax year and <br />in the computing of refvndF due certain persons on the over-payment of <br />special assessments, and in the certifying of such sPecial assessments to <br />the County A.uditor in accordance with Iaw9 and <br />VV=AS, this Covncil feels that the sum of $75.00 <br />is reasonable compensation to the Tfillage Fngineers for such services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT kESOLVEID by the Council of <br />the Village of Mayfield9 Ctzyahoga County, Ohio, that:- <br />Section l. The Sterling Engineering Company' Village <br />Engineers, be and it hereby is granted compensation in the amount of $75.00 <br />for the services rendered as above stated. <br />Section 2m The proper office-rs of the Village be and <br />they hereby are authori.zed and r7.irected to draw awarrant on the trea.sury <br />of this Village in the amount of $75.E30 to the order of The Sterl:ing Engineer- <br />ing Company in payment for said serviceso <br />Section. 5.
