PARKER. <br />A RESOLUTION AIITHORIZIVG 9ND 33IRECTING THE CLERK <br />TO DRAW g WARRANT IN FAVQR OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE <br />NtAYFIELi) UNION CEMETERY IN THE SUM OF $75,00o <br />WHEREAS, the Trustees of Mayfield Unian Cemetery have <br />reguested this Council to pay over to them the sum of Seventy- <br />five Dollars (375000) as the share of this Village of the cost <br />of maintenance of the Mayfield Union Cemetery; <br />NOW, THEREFORE' BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />ViLl.age of 1Vlayfield9 Cuyahoga County, Ohio, thats- <br />Sectian 1. The Village Clerk be and she hereby is <br />authorized and instru.ctsd to draw a warrant on the Treasu.xg of <br />this ViLtags in.favor of the Trustees of Mayfield. Union Csmetery <br />in the sum of Seventy five DoLl.ars ($75a00) and to deliver same <br />ta said Trustese as the shase of th.is Village tovrard the mainten- <br />ance of said cemetery. <br />Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force fr.om and aftsr the earliest period a.7lowerZ by law. <br />Passsd the 19th day of August, A.
