National Bank of Cleveland was the <br />only bid receivec3 by this Council therefor, and <br />ibIHERExS, aIl proceedings were nac7 in a.ccorcla.nce vJith Section 2296-I <br />et seq. of the General Code of Ohio; <br />NOiru, THEREFOR.E9 BE IT RESOLUED BY THE COiNCIL OF ^1HE VILLpGE OF <br />ivIAyFIELD, CtTYl?HOGA COtiNTY, OHIO, that: <br />Section l. Central National Bank of Cleveland be' and it herQby <br />is designated to be, the deDository of the active func?s of the Villa.ge of <br />i!+Iayfield for the period of ttivo (2) yea?°ss commencing August 23, 1945, and <br />ending tlug-ust 22? 1947. <br />Section 2. The Village Treasurer is hereby directed to cause the <br />a.ctive funds of the Village to pe deposited in Centra7_ National Bank of <br />Cleveland upon the terms and cond.itions set forth in the aforesa.id bid of <br />Central National Ban;s of Cleveland, dated July 10, 1945. <br />Section 3.
