APPROXn2ATELY 420 FEET NORL'H <br />OF tiV2-LSON MII,LS ROAD, IN A NORTHERLY DIRECTION TO <br />A POINT 130 FEET NORTH OF THORNAPPLE DRNEe <br />BE 1'r ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIiE, VILLAGE OF 147AYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Sece l. This Council deems it neeessary to construct a 1211 water <br />main in SQM Center Road from the exi.sting water mai.n at the Northerly <br />line of the Board of Ed.ucation property approxi-nately 420 feet North of <br />Wilson 11i.7.ls. R,oad in a Nortlierly direction to a point 130 f eet North <br />of Thornapp7.e Dr:ive. <br />Sec. 2. The Vil.].age Eng:i.neer, iiarry C. Ga]l.i.more, is hereby° <br />authorized and directed to prepare plans, specifications and the estimated <br />cost of said water main improvement in 50M Center Road from the existing <br />water main at the Northerly 1,_ne of the Board of Educa-tion property <br />approxinately 420 feet Nor'th of TNilson Mills Road in a Northerltiy direction <br />to a point 130 feet North of Thornapple D-rive. <br />Sec. 34 This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for -L-he i.mmecv.ate preservation of the public peace9 <br />health, safetJ and welfare of the ViLlage of Yja,yfield because of the <br />necessity of obtaining water as early as possible for the property <br />abutting the afo-rementioned proposed imnrovement, and this Resolution <br />shall take effect and be in force on and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed th:3.s 21si: day of July, 1952. <br />Attesta <br />Se Clefk <br />Approved <br />? -- <br />Nlayor 7-Presiden o Council
