Section_2296-11, on Augus-t 22, 1953, ceriain obligations of the United States of America have heretofore been deposited and are now on deposit vrith the Federal Reserve Bank of Clevela.nd fbr sa.tekeeping; and 17HEREAS, said bank has requested this subdivision to authorize said Federal. Reserve Bank of Cleveland to permi.t substitution of securities in such safekeeping account and this subdivision has detexmi.ned that such au-tlzorization is feasible and proper on ths terms hereinafter set foruh. PTQW THE 'iFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TIiE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF YA,YFZE.LD, STATE OF OHZ(?: Sec. 1, That the Federal Reserve Banls of Cleveland be and it is hereby authorized at ar?y time during the period ending Atgust 22, 1953, to peimit The 3dational City Bank of Cleveland to withdraw any obligations of the Uni.ted States of America now or hereafter du-ring the aforesaid period on deposit with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland for safe keepixig for the account of said banlc and this subdivision, provided that said banlc shall at the same time denosit in such safekeeping account with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in substitution for the obligations so vrithdravun other obligations of the United States of America of a principal amount not less than the obligations so withd_rawn. - Sec. 2.
