No. ul <br />By Mr. Sloan . <br />A RESOLUTION RLQUESTING THE CDUN'I'Y AUDITOR TO LEVY AND <br />PLACE OR THL GENEFiAL TAX DUPLICATL; THE'r UZZ FOUfZ 11ELZS <br />VOTED AT TI3E NOVEAr1BER 1952 GENERA,T, ELECT20N <br />IVFiERM, there wa.s submitited to -?he electors of the Village of <br />14ayfield at the ?lovember 1952 general election the question of a levy <br />of ta:xes outside of a11 lim.i.tations; and <br />IUMEAS said levy received more than a 55% majority in its favor <br />at such election; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that all of said millage of said levy- <br />be levied_for the purpo5e of providing additional funds for the cu.x°rent <br />expenses and operations of the Villa..ge. <br />NOuY THEREFORE BE IT RESQLVID BY TIMi COUNCIG OF THE VILL.4GE OF <br />MAY.E'IELD, CUYAHOGA COtTN'I'Y OHTO, 1HAT s <br />Sec. lo The County Auditor be, and he hereby is, requested to <br />levy on the genera,l tax duplicate of the Village of 1Vta,yfield for the tax <br />years 1952 and 1953 the fuli four miiis outside of a11 tax limitations <br />voted by'the electors oi the Vi]lage at the November 1952 election for <br />the purpose of providing funds for the general operations of the Village. <br />Sec. 2. The Vi11age Clerk be, and he hereby is, instructed to <br />certify a copy of this resolution to the Covnty Auditor. <br />Sec. 3.
