Council deems it necessary to constz^uct a].2't water main in SOIt2 Center Road starting at the 1Voxth end of the existing water main now laeated in SOM Center Road and extendin; Northerly about 1801 feet, but to the South lins of a 22 acre parcel of 1and now or foxmerly owned by Jessie H. Gallimora, is hereby authorize an'irected to prepare plards.,.specifications and the estimated cost of said water main i.mprovement in St?M Center Road as described in Section 1 of th3s Ordinance. Sec. 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessarjr_ for the imnediate preservation of the publi.c peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village of Ma,pfield because of the necessity of obtaining a supply of water as early as possible for the owners of property abutting the aforementioned proposed improvement, and this Resolutiion sha]1 take effect and be in force from and after the date of its passage.
