TN ANTICIPATION <br />OF SUCH BONDSe <br />WHEREAS, tnis Couizcil contempla-tes issuing $35?OOOo00 of bonds9 <br />of whi ch $22, 440.00 is propos ed to b e us ed for the improvement of SOM <br />Center Road, starting at the North end of the existing -water main now <br />located in SOM Center Road and extending Northerly about 1801 feet' bu-t <br />to the South line of a 22 acre parcel of land now or formerly owned by <br />Jessie H. Vforts, being approxinately 2257 feet North from the center line <br />of-'INilson Mills Road, by the construction and installation of a water <br />main and appurtenances, and $12,560.00 is proposed to b e used for the <br />improvement oi VVorton Park Drive, from Wilson Mil1s Road to the end of <br />the dedicated street, which_is 1315.60 feet from the South line of Wilson <br />Mi.11s Road in the Vil.lage of Mayiield, by the constructioii and installation <br />of a water main and appurtenances, all of which construction and improve- <br />ment will be in accordance with the general plans and specifications and <br />profiles heretofore adopted by° this Council,, and <br />tiVHEREAS, Sections 2293-2 and 2293-10 of the General. Code of Ohio <br />require the fiscal officer of the V'illage of Mayfield to certify to this <br />Council her estimate of the 1ife of the improvements proposed to be <br />constructed from the pr oceeds of said bonds, and also to certi.fy to thzs <br />Council the maximum maturity of such bonds in accordance with Section 2293-9, <br />including the vseighted average of the amounts proposed to be expended for <br />said several classes of irriprovements, and also the maximum maturity of <br />notes issued i.n anticipation of such bonds. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVT'?D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VZLZAGE OF <br />NlAYF=, CUYAHOCxA _ CQUNTY OHTO: _ <br />Sec. 1. That the fiscal officer be, and she is$ hereby requested <br />to certify t,o t?iis Council her conclusions as t,o the estimated life of <br />the improvements proposed to be constructed from the proeeeds of said bonds <br />and also to certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds, <br />calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 2293-9 and the <br />maximum maturity of the notes issued in anticipation of sucn bonds. <br />Sec. 2.
