COUNTY AUDITOR <br />W.-iERXAS, the Council of the Vi]lage of Mayfield, in accordance <br />with the provisions of law, ha.s previ.ously adopted a tax budget for the <br />next succeed.ing fiscal year, comencing January lst, 1956; and <br />- WHEFEAS, the Budget Commission of Cuyahoga Coizn,ty, OIZi.o, ha.s <br />certified its action tYiereon to this Council, together-with an estimate <br />by the County'Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by <br />this Council, and what part thereof is without, and what part within, <br />the ten -mi.ll tajs limita-tion, <br />NW Ti3EREFORE BE IT RESOI,VED BY ^1HE COUNCIL.
