BY .THE <br />CONSTRUCI^ION OF A.XA^lER MA2N <br />14'HEREA5, it has been deterrrcined by this Council to assess 60/ of <br />the whole cost of improving Highla.nd Road in th.e Village of Mayfield from <br />tne '?rdesterly Lne of the Vilta.ge of Mayfield in ari Easterly clirection to <br />the u7esterly line of SOM Center Road by the construc-tion of a water main <br />therein, in proportion to_the benefits which may result from said improve- <br />men•t. <br />PI01nT ^1HEPWORE BE IT RES OLVED BY THE C OUNC IL OF TI-M VTLLAGE OF <br />MAYFIELD, Ci7YAHCGP. _COUb1TY OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1m Katherine Cass, Carl Schauring and Arthur Oatess, three <br />disinterested freeholders residing in the Village of _Nia.yfield, Ghio, are <br />hereby appointed a Board to estimate the assessnent of such costs on the <br />roads anci lands to be charged therewith, as set forth in Resolution Noa <br />282, adopted Nta,y 16, 1955, and in Ordinance Vo. 509, passed June 20,.1955s <br />to improve Highland Road, as nearly as may be to the benefii;.which may <br />result from.the improvement of the several lots or parcels of ]and so <br />assessed, and to report to this Council the said estimated assessments. <br />Secs 2m This Resolution shall be in force and go into effect <br />at the ear'iest time peimitted by law, <br />Adopted this 20th day of February, 1956. <br />Attiest: <br />Approved <br />/Afi ItLyor - resident of ouncil <br />TTE7jT C
