IN I^1S JAILa . . <br />1,4HEREAS9 the Villa ,e of '1'2a.yfiel.d, Ohio, has no facilities for <br />the incarceration of_pra.soners; and <br />1rhIEREAS, the city of Mayfield Heights, Ohio, has suctiz faci]e:ities <br />and is wiLl.i.ng to keep and incarcerate prisoners of the Village of Mayfield <br />' <br />on the termshereinafter set for'uh. <br />N6r7THEREFORE BE TT MHSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILT.AGE CF MAYF .ELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNi'Y QHIO, T'rIAT: <br />Sec. ls Persons arrested in the Village of Mayfield9 by its duly <br />authorized officers, may be inca.rcex°ated 3n the jail of the City of <br />T'Ta.yfield Heights, Ohio, under and in accordance ti-rith the tesKns and <br />conditions of a certain ordin.ance passed by said City of Mayfielc? Heights, <br />establisYzing a charge of $3.00 for each 24 hours or porl:ion thereoi that <br />a prisoner is incarcerated in said jail, plus the cost of suit, and in <br />accordance wi.th the other provisions of said ordinance; <br />Sec e. 2: `I'he officers of the Village of N??ayfa.eld are hereby <br />authorized and empowered to take such acti-on as necessary to effect the <br />agx°eemen•t with sa2d C1ty of N1ayfield Heights, Ohzo, in connec•tion with <br />the ancarceration of prisoners; , <br />Sec. 3.
