The installments of special assessments for water mains <br />for the tax years .1956 to 1964, both inclusive, lPVied by said drdinance <br />Na. 504, passed April 18a 1955, covering Sublot No. 70 on Seneca Road, <br />kriown as Auditor°s Permanent Parcel No. 831-39°42, and owried by Daniel <br />and Mary Alice Krawetz, axe hereby canceled, and the Clerk of the Village <br />of Mayfield, Ohio, is hereby authorized to file a cert3fied copy of this <br />Resolution with the County Auditor of C-uyahoga County clirecting him to <br />cancel said J.rista]lznents of_ said assessments on . said property. <br />Sec. 2.
