SEASON TO USE CERTAIN PRMMTSES <br />AS PHYSICTANIS AND DENTISTiS OFFICES ._ <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT: -- <br />Sec. 1. Pursuant to approval wYich has been granted by the <br />Village of IGWie1.d Planning and Zon:ing Commission, Council hereby grants <br />to Dx°. Edwin H. Season a U b Permi-t to use the premises kiown as Sublo-t <br />No.,33 on SOM Center Road at tne Southeast corner of its iritersection <br />with Seneca Road in the ViLage of Nlayfield, Ohio, together with the <br />building tYiereon exis-ting, for the purpose of conducting PYiysiciant s <br />and Dentist° s offices.
