AND.ALSO TO CERl^SFY THE NIAXIMUIf MATURIZ'Y OF ' SUCH BONDS IN ACCORDANCE 11ITH REVZSED CODE SECTION _ 133..21 AND THE MAXIMUi If?ATURITY OF THE NUI'E ISSUED - IN ANTTCIPATIUIJ OF.SUCH BOMDSa . . . uMREA.S, this Council contempJ.a,tes issuing $152000o00 boncls of zrhich all. of which is proposed to be issued for -Lhe.improvement of Lander Road, from Wil.son I'Iills Road sn a Southerly direction to the South Corpor- a-tion line of the Village of I`ayfield, Ohio, by the construction and installation of a water main and appurtenances, all of which construc-tion and improvement sha.11 be in accordance wwi.th the general'plans a.nd specifi- cations and profiles heretofore adopted by this Cottnci7.; and WHEREAS, Seetions 133.24 and Sections 133Q21 of the Revi.sed Code of Ohio require the fiscal officer of the Village of Mayfie].d to certiiy to this Council his es'cimate of the 1i.fe of the improvements proposed to be ccnstructed from the proceeds of said bonds, and also to certify to this Council the ma.x:1.r!um maturity of such bonds in accordance with Section 133.20 including the weighted average of the amounts proposed to 'oe expended for several cl.asses of improvements, and also the may,.imum maturity of notes issued in anticipation of such bonds. NOTrJ THEREF'ORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNC7Z OF THE VILLAGE C3F MA!YFIEZD, CITYAHQGA COUNTY. OHIOt Secs l, That the fiscal officer be, and he is., hereby requested to certify to.this Council his conclusions as to the estimated 1.ife of the improvements proposed to be constructed from the proceeds of said bor_ds and also to certify to this Council the maainum satur?ty of such bonds, calculated in accordance with -the provisions of Section 133.20 and the maximum maturity oi the notes issued in ar_ticipation of such bonds. Sec. 2, That this resolution is hereby declarecl to be an emergency measuie, _necessary to complete the legislation for the issue_ of said notes' and sha11 take effect imunediately'on,its adoption as an emergency measure, and is necessary for the urirnediate preservation oi the pub7a.c peace, health and safety.
