Center Road to its in•ter- <br />section with S.O.M. Center Road by the construction of a sidewalk9 and for <br />the isnprovement of the Nortlerly side of Seneca Road from its intnrsectioil <br />with S.O.M. Center Road to a point 300 feet East of the centeer line of <br />S.O.M. Center Road by the construction of a sidetaalk and to improve the <br />Easterly side oi S.O.M. Center Road from its in-tersection wi.th ti^7ilson <br />i"'li]1s Road, to -the Nor-th.erly line of Seneca Road, by construction of <br />cu-rbing and construction of a sidetialk in the dedicated part thereof, and <br />for the improvement of an Easement para11e1 -to and abutting the East side <br />of S.O.i4o Center Road' from Wilson Mills Road South approxamately 138-1/2 <br />feet, which Easement is now held by 'uhe Vi1.lage of Mayfield, Ohio, by <br />the construction of a sidewalk, a11 of irhich constru.ction and improvement <br />shall be in accoTMd.ance tifi.th the general plaris and specificatio*_?s and <br />pror iles heretos ore adopted b?r this Council; and <br />1,n]ERYAS9 Sectioris 133.24 and Sections 133.21 of the Revised Code <br />of 01-i o require the fiscal officer of tne Vi]lage of nTayfield to certify to <br />uhis Council his estimate of the 1if'e of the improvemen-ts proppsed to be <br />construct,ed from the proceeds of said bonds' and also to certify to this <br />Council -the maximum maturity of such bonds in accordance with Section 133.20' <br />includi.ng the weighted average of the amounts 13?oposed to be expended for <br />several classes of improvements9 and also the maximum maturity of notes <br />issued in anticipation of such bonds. <br />VOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED IIY TIE COUNC.IZ OF aIE VILLAGE- OF <br />MUI'IT?D' CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO; <br />Sec. lo That the fiscal officer be., and he is' hereby requested <br />to certify to this Council lv.s conclusions as to the estimated life of the <br />imrn°ovements proposed to be constructed fram the proceeds of s ai.d bornis and <br />also to certify to thi.s Council the maximum maturity of such Uonds' calcu:Lated <br />in a ccordance wi-th the provi.sions of Section 133.20 and the max3mtun matur:i.ty <br />of the notes issued in anticipation of such bonds.
