Builders, Tnc.a also kilown as Caputo Brothers, <br />; Inc., has secizred the approval of the _Vi7..7.age Engineer and the Plann.i.ng & <br />; Zoniiig Commission of the Vi].lage of Mayfield of a finaZ p7.an for a subdiv3.si.on <br />? of 32 sublots' known as Caputa.Brothers, Inc., J. & N. Subdiv3sion9 being a <br />part of Original Mayfield Towmshi.p Lot No. 20., Tract 29 in the Village of <br />Mayfield' Cuyahoga County Ohio; and <br />TiJfTERYAS, said final plan cembines and confoxms in a]1 respects to <br />the two pre7.imirary plans hither-r,o approved by the Planning & Zoning <br />Cammi.ssi.on and confirmed by Counci3 on June 18., 1956, and again on September <br />7, 1956; and <br />WHERE-AS, sai.d Caputo Brothex°s 9 Inc. has compl.eted all of the und.erground <br />' improvements reqta.i.x°ed _ by the ordinances of the Village of Mayfield and has <br />filed Urith the Cl.erk the proper bond for the installation of the pavement <br />on the streetsin said subd3.vision9 and has fax°ther complied with a11 of the <br />requirements of Ordinance No. L68, as amenclecl; and <br />WkffERM,S' Nine 'of the 32 sv.b].ots ( being sub]:o°ts Nos.
