The i'inal plan of KernTood Gardens Subdivi.sion No. 2A. consis-ting <br />of Sublots Nose.l through 28 inclusive, dated July, 1959, prepared by Town & <br />Country Engineering, submitted by Gabriel Co-nstruction Comparr?y, is hereby ap- <br />proved for record onlyo The Clerk is herekry anthorized to sign the said final <br />plan, only when the solicitor of the Village of Nlayfield has advised tdzat <br />sufficient bonds have been submi.tted to secure the installation of the under- <br />ground improvements, pumping station and pavements, as required by the Platting <br />Ordinance of the Vill.age of Mayfield, arxi provided further that the storrn and <br />sanit,azy sewer easetnent is shown on the final plan. Council approves the action <br />of the Planning and Zoning Corrani.ssion in permitting a variance as to Sublots Nos. <br />1(formerly No. 19) and 16 (former].y No. 49), each of which is slightly less <br />than 100 feet in frontage at the street line but is at least 100 feet -uiwidth:at th.e <br />building line ancl at least 20,000 square feet in area, for the reason that the <br />requirements of a frontage of 100 feet for each of said sublots at the street <br />line would result in a waste of land and an undue hardship upon the landowner, <br />and the said variance will secure substantial justice to a11 persons concerned, <br />and is consistent with the public healt,h, safety and welfare of the Village of <br />N1ayfield and its inhabi-Eants. The approval of this final plan does not con- <br />stitute an acceptance oi the dedication of any street shown therein. <br />Sec. 2.
