The annual installments of special assessments for water <br />mains for the tax years 1960 to 1964, both inclusive, on property on Seneca <br />Road icnown as ,Auditor's Permanent Parcel No. 831-38-25, are hereby canceled <br />' and the Clerk o€ the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, is hereby authorized to <br />file a certif ied copy of this-resolution with the County Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County, directing him to cancel said instal.lments of assessments <br />on said property.
