Center Road in an Easterly <br />direction to the Westerly line of Beech Hi11 Road by grading, ditching <br />and paving with asphaltic materials; and <br />WHE2EAS, the Clerlc has already caused notice of said Esti.mated <br />improvements to be published in The Sun-?''iessenger on April 7, April 14, <br />and April 21, 1960. <br />a <br />NO[J THEREFORE BE IT RESOI,VED BY THL COUNCI-L OF THE VIZLFIGE OF MAYFIEZD, <br />? CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT:. .. <br />? . <br />Sec. 1. Council receives saidlist of Estimated Assessments <br />? prepared pursuant to said Ordinance No. 683, passed December 21, 1959, <br />CL by said Board and places them on f ile for public inspection wich the <br />Cb Clerk of. the Village of Mayfield, Ohio. <br />co <br />0 Sec. 2. Council hereby conf irms and approves the action of the <br />m Clerk in publishing notice of said Estimated Assessments for the improve- <br />< ment of Seneca Road from S.O.M. Center Yoad in an Easterly direction to <br />0 the Westerly line of Beech Hill Road by grading, ditching and paving with <br />Z asphaltic materi'als, as provided by law. <br />F- , <br />U) Sec. 3. This Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the imiaediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, saf ety and welfare of the Village of Mayf ield and its inhabitants, <br />f or tiie reason that the completion of the assessment proceedings is necessary <br />to provide funds by the sale of special assessment bonds to pay a note <br />issued in anticipation of the sale of said bonds, and this Resolution <br />sha11 go into effect and be in force as an emergency measure on and after <br />the date of its adoption. <br />Adopted this 18th day iof .April, 1960. <br />to <br />Attest: Pdayor - President of Council <br />*sa ) Clerk <br />n
