CENTER ROAD IN AN. EASTERZY <br />DIRECTTON TO THE tqESTERLY I,TNE OF BEECH HILI ROAD BY <br />GRADING, DITCHING AND PAVIiVG WITH ASPHAZTIC MATERIAI,S <br />? . - <br />WHEREAS, the Board appointed pursuant to Ordinance No. 684 has <br />f iled with the Clerlc and the Council a list of Estimated Assessments f or <br />the improvement of Glenview Road irom S.O.M. Center Road in an Easterly <br />direction to the Westerly line of Beech Hill Road by grading, ditching <br />and paving with asphaltic materials; and <br />, WHEREAS, the Clerk has already caused notice of said Estimated <br />Improvements to be published in The Sun-izessenger on April 7, April 14, <br />' and April 21, 1960. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOI,VED BY THE COUNCIZ OF THE VIZ7.,AGE Or MAYFIEi,D, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT:. - <br />Sec. 1. Council receives said I,ist of Estimated Assessments <br />prepared pursuant to said Ordinance No._684, passed December 21, 1959, <br />by:,said Board and places them on file for public inspection with the <br />Clerk of the Village of Mayf ield, Ohio. <br />Sec, 2. Council hereby conf irms and approves the action of the <br />Clerlc in publishing notice of said Estimated Assessments for the 5.mprove- <br />ment of Glenview Road from S.O.M. Center Road in an Easterly direction to <br />the Glesterly line of Beech Hi11.Road by grading, ditching and paving with <br />asphaltic materials, as provided by law, <br />? Sec. 3. This Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />? measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safetjr and welfare of the Village of riayfield and its inhabitants, <br />f or the reason -that the completion of the assessulent proceedings is <br />necessary to provide f unds by the sale of special assessment bonds to pay <br />a note issued in anticipation of the sale of said Uonds, and this Resolution <br />shall go into effect and be in force as an emergency measare on and aiter <br />the date of its adoption. <br />Adopted th.is 18th day of April, 19600 <br />iiayor - President of Council <br />Att Y" AJ <br />(Se 1) '` , s lerk
