CENTER ROAD IN A1V E:ASTERI,Y <br />, DIRECTIpN TO THE WESTERZY 'LINE OF BEECH HILI, ROAD BY .. <br />GRADING, DITCHING AND PAVING WITH ASPHAZTIC MA'I'ERIAZS <br />WHEREAS, the Board appointed pursuant to Ordinance No. 685 has <br />filed with the clerk ancl the Council a list of Estimated Assessments for <br />the improvement of Bonnieview Road from S.O.M. Center Road in an Easterly <br />direction to the Westerly line of Beech Hill Road by grading, ditching <br />and paving with asphaltic materials; and <br />WHERE,AS, the Clerk has already caused notice of said Estimated <br />Improvements to bepublished in The Sun-N'iessenger on April 7, April 14, <br />! and April 21, 1960m <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOZVED BY THE COUNCIZ-OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIEI.,D,, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OFIIO, THAT: <br />Seco 1o Council receives said Zist of Esti.mated Assessments <br />prepared pursuant to said Ordinance No._685, passed December 21, 1959, <br />by said Board and places them on f ile f or public inspection with the <br />Clerk of the Village of I4ayfield, Ohio, . <br />Sec. 2. Council hereby conf irms and approves the action of the <br />? Clerk in publishing notice of said Estimated Assessments for the improve- <br />? ment of Bonnieview Road from S.O.M. Center Road in an Easterly Diraction <br />' to the Westerly line of Beech Hill Road by grading, ditching and paving <br />? with asphaltic materials_, as provided by law. <br />' Sec. 3. This Resolution is hereby determined to be an ersergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safetp and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, <br />, f or the reason that the completion of the assessment proceedings is <br />necessary to provide £unds by the sale of special assessment bonds to <br />! pay a note issued in anticipation of the sale of said bonds, and this <br />' Resolution shall go into effect and be in force as an emergency measure <br />' on and after -tne date of its adoptione <br />Adopted this 18th day of April, 1960. <br />?C'?1????L"t // 'CUli`????Y <br />Attest: Mayor - President of Council <br />, ? . <br />, <br />( al) Clerk ?
