Resolution No. 484 <br />By Mr. Belzer <br />A RESOZUTION TO CANCEL THE INSTALUIEIVTS OF WATER <br />MAIN ASS'ESSMENTS AND P,AVING . ASSESSL+2lENTS FOR CERTAIN <br />YEARS ON PARCEL 831-38-98 ON GLENVIEW ROAD <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village of Mayf ield, <br />Ohio, has received funds in tne sum of $121.08, representing the payment <br />of water .main assessments for the years.1961 to 1966, both inclusive, on <br />Auditorts Permanent Parcel No. 831-38-98 on Glenview Road, and has also <br />received the sum of $137.52, representing payment in full of the assessments <br />for grading, paving and ditching on said parcel for the tax years 1961 to <br />1969, both inclusive. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE T'r RESOZVRD BY THE COUNCIZ OF THE VIL-LAGE OF rYAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUyTY OHId, THAT:. . ,. <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for <br />water mains for the tax years 1961 to 1966, both inclusive, on property <br />on Glenview Road lcnown as Auditor's Permament Parcel No. 831-38098 and <br />the assessments for grading, ditching and paving f or the tax years 1961 <br />to 1969, both inclusive, on said parcel are hereby canceled and the <br />Clerk of the Village of Mayfield Ohio is hereby authorized to file a <br />certif ied copy of tnis resolution with the County Auditor of Cuyahoga <br />County, directing him to cancel said installments of assessments on said <br />property. This resolution shall not affect assessments on said property <br />for any part of the tax year 1960 or any year prior thereto. <br />Sec. 2.
