SUCEI BONDS. IN ACCORDAIVCE WITH. RE9ISED CODE STCTION _ 113.21 AND THE.NfAXIM%i MA'I'[JRITY OF THE N07CF _ISSUED IN ANTICIPATION OF, SUCH BONDS. WtiEREASs this Council contemplates issua.ng $ 74,200.00 bonds, all of which are proposed to be issned for the amproveinent of the hereinafter mentioned public streets, by the eonstruction and installation of water nains and appurte- nances, all of which construction and i.mprovement shall be in accordance with the genexal plans and speei£ications and pxofiles heretoEore adopted bq this Conncil, said streets being described as follows; (a) Worton Park Drivey from the existing water maiza in the inter- . section of Worton Park Drive and Heaningway Drive, in a Southerlp , direction to the Nor$herly line of South WoczdZane Drive; (b) Woodlane Drives frotn the Southeaster9.y coxnesc af Sublot No. 20 _- in a Southeriy direction to the Northwest eornex of Seablot No. 11; (c) North Woocllane Drivea from the Westerly line of Worton Park Drive in a Westerly di.rection to the Southeasterly corner of Snblot No. 20; (d) South Woodlane Drive, from the Northwesterly corner of Sublot No. 11 Easterly to a point 225 feet East oE tFie centex line of Worton Park Drive -, (e) Norman Lane Driva, from the Westerly line o£ Worton Park Drive _. _ Westerly to the Easterly line of Woodlane Drive; and WHEREAS, Sectzons 133.24 and Seetions 133921 of th.e Revised Code o£ Ohio require the iiscal off icer of the Village of r3ayf ielcl to certify to this Council hfs estimate of the li£e of the improvements proposed to be constructed fron the proceeds of saxd botads, and also to ceatify to this Council the maximum matnrity of such bonds in aceordance_with Secti.on 133,20, including the weighted average of the amounts proposed fio be expended f ox several classes of i.mprovements, and also the maxi.mum maturity of notes issued in antici.pata.on of stach bonds. NOW THFREFORE BT IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE QILLAGE OF MAYFIELD' CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHTOs Sec, 1.
