ORDINANCE N0. 82- 53 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council President Michael W. Spellman <br />? AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 331.39 OF THE <br />CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFTELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />ENTITLED, "TIME AND ATTENTION." <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. There is hereby enacted in the Codified Ordinances <br />of Mayfield Village, Ohio, Section 331.39 entitled "Time and Attention" <br />which shall read as follows: <br />331.39 TIME AND ATTENTION. <br />No person shall operate a motor vehicle or a <br />motorcycle in and upon the streets and highways of <br />the municipality unless he shall give and devote his <br />time and attention to the operation of such motor <br />vehicle or motorcycle. <br />Section 2. All prior Ordinances inconsistent with this <br />Ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary <br />to avoid conflict with this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />? Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and <br />that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting <br />in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, <br />in compliance with all statutory requirements, including the <br />requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4._ This Ordinance shall take effect at the earliest <br />time allowe <r Eaw ^ e <br />l <br />.
