ORDINANCE N0. 82-71
INTRODUCED BY: Mayor & Council as a Whole
AN ORDINANCE AUTHOP.IZING THE PURCHASE OF A
USED 1982 POLICE CAR FROM DEACON'S CHRYSLER-
PLYMOUTH, INC. The Mayor and Finance Director are hereby authorized,
empowere an irected to execute a purchase agreement for the 1982
police cruiser currently in stock at Deacon's Chrysler-Plymouth, Inc.
as the same has been described hereinabove and in a communication
from the Chief of Police dated August 16, 1982, the cost of said
automobile not to exceed Eight Thousand Nine Hundred.Ninety Five
Dollars ($8,995.00).
