ORDINANCE N0. 82- 74 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor & Counci.l as a Wh.ole <br />AN ORD'IDIANCE APPROPR.IATZN'G THE SUM OF FORTY <br />EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($48,OOOo00) FROM <br />UNAPPROPRIATED FUNDS ZN THE GENERAL FUrdD <br />FOR THE COMMUNTTY ROOM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />AND DECLARTNG AN EMERGENCY, <br />WHEREAS, Council has pxeyious,ly eriacted Ordinance No. 82-18 <br />appropriating funds for currerit experises and other eXpenditures of <br />Mayfield Village for the period from January 1, 1982 to: necember 31, <br />1982; and <br />WHEREAS, the M,ayoz and Couneil have determined that additional <br />money should be appropriated from unappropriated funds in the <br />General Fund in order to aid in the'coinpletion of the Community Room <br />Construction Projeet; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCTL OF MP,YFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. There is hereby appropriated from the Gener.al <br />Fund the additional sum of Forty Eight Thousand Dollars ($48,000.00) <br />for the Community Room Construction Project. <br />Section 2. Al1 Ordinances inconsistent with-this Ordinance in <br />whole or in part are repealecl to the eXterit necessary to avoid <br />conflict with this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of th'is Council relating to <br />Ordinance have been: takeri at operi meetings <br />deliberations of this Council and of its cc <br />such formal action, took place in meetings <br />compliance with a11 statutory requirements, <br />of Section 121e22 of the Ohio Rev%sed Code. <br />the adoption of this <br />of this Council; and that <br />inmittees, resulting in <br />operi to the public, in <br />including the requirements <br />Section 4.
