RESOLUTION N0. 82-75 <br />? INTRODUCED BY ; lvIAYOR AND COJ1v,(?1L- AS A WHOLE <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE <br />SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.0:0) FROM THE <br />CONTINGENCY ACCOLJNT IN THE GENERAL FUND TO THE <br />COMMISSION ON AGING. <br />WHEREAS, the Council has previously enacted Resolution ATO. 82-45 <br />establishing the Commission on Aging as a permanent account within <br />the General Fund and transfering to said account the sum of Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($500.00) from the contingericy account in the General <br />Fund; and <br />WHEREAS, the Commission on Aging has informed the Mayor and <br />Council that it has experided nearly a11 of its initial funding; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. Pursuant to the terms of Section 5705e14 of the Ohio <br />Revise Co e, the Council does hereby authorize the transfer of the <br />sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) from the contingency account <br />within the General Fund to the Commission on Aging account in the <br />General Fund. <br />Section 2. That the Council finds and determines that all formal <br />actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution <br />have been taken at operi meetings of this Council; and that deliberations <br />of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal <br />action, took place in meetings operi to the public, in compliance with <br />a11 statutory requirements,-including t}ie requiremen:ts of Section 121.22 <br />of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 3.
