The Mayor and Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />on behalf of the entire administration, employees and residents <br />of the municipality, express their deep appreciation and thanks <br />to PHILIP LAZZARO for his faithful and devoted service to Mayfield <br />Village. <br />Section 2. The Clerk is hereby authorized, empowered, and <br />directed to prepare duplicate original copies of this Resolution. <br />Oxie such original ropy shall be presented to PHILIP LAZZARO as <br />a small token of the esteem in which he is held by the residents, <br />officials, staff members and employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio. <br />Tree other original shall be placed in the permanent records of <br />tYie Village as a lasting tribute to PHILIP LAZZARO. <br />Section 3.
