ORDINANCE NO. 80- 12 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor and Council as a Whole <br />AN. EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING <br />AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND FINANCE <br />DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH <br />A FINANCIAL CONSULTANT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY~THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Mayor and Finance Director are hereby authorized <br />and directed to enter into a contract with Donald Rosen for financial <br />consulting services at the rate of Seventeen Dollars and Fifty.-Cents <br />.($17.50) per hour~,on an "as needed" basis. <br />Section 2. 'This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the health, <br />safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village in that it <br />will provide for essential governmental services.
