RESOLUTION N0. 79- <br />INTRODUCED BY: <br />ARESOLUTIO?~T ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT <br />FROM ADELIn?E KRENZLER AND THE <br />HAYFIELD VILLAGE RACG~UET CLUB FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION AND MAIn1TENANCE OF <br />A SANITARY SEWER LINE. <br />WHEREAS, Council has authorized the construction of a new <br />service building within the municipality; and <br />W~?EREAS, it has been determined that, in connection with the <br />construction of said building, it is necessary to also construct a <br />sanitary sewer line over and across the property located at 6685 <br />Beta Drive, Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143, said property being owned <br />by Adeline Krenzler and leased to The Mayfield Village Racquet Club; and <br />1+1HEREAS, the owner and Lessee of the property, as aforesaid, <br />have agreed to grant to t~2ayfield Village an easement over and across <br />the said property; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COU?~1CIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The easement for installation and maintenance of <br />a sanitary sewer line in connection with the construction of a new <br />municipal service building, a copy of said easement being attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein as if fully rewritten, is hereby accepted. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance is declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health and safety of the residents of Mayfield Village in that it will <br />expedite the installation and maintenance of a necessary utility service. <br />It shall therefore take effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative <br />vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council and approval <br />by the Mayor or otherwise at the earliest time allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />APPROVED: <br />resident of Council <br />Robert G.
