RESOLUTION NO. 80- 46 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR <br />TO ADVANCE TAXES FROM THE PROCEEDS OF TAX <br />LEVIES PURSUANT TO SECTION 321.34 OF THE <br />OHIO REVISED CODE AND'DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Section 321.34 of the Ohio Revised Code provides <br />that any money .in the County Treasury in the account of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio, and lawfully applicable to the purpose of the current <br />fiscal year for that municipality may be drawn upon by requests; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, be and is <br />hereby authorized to withdraw, and the County Treasurer of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio be and is hereby authorized to deliver and pay over all <br />monies in the Treasury of Cuya~oga County, Ohio due Mayfield Village, <br />Ohio, applicable to the purposes of the fiscal year and to deliver :such <br />monies to the Director of Finance of this Village, as fiscal officer <br />thereof, when and as such monies come into the hands of the County <br />Treasurer through the payment bf taxes and assessments during the current <br />fiscal year. <br />Section 2. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a certified <br />copy of this Resolution. <br />Section 3.
