ZINGEL14At~TN AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE YA.RKING OF TRAILP!>~.S UPON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY V~lITHIN THE VILLAGE LIiVCITS BE IT ORDIiII~T1sD by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cu;yahoga County, Ohio, that. Section 1. The term "trailer".as used in this Ordinance is hereby defined to be a house-car or camp-car or any vehicle or structure capable of being propelled from place to place either by its own pourer or by poi^rer supplied by some other vehicle attached, or to be attached thereto, and being suitable for use as living or sleeping quarters. Section 2. It shall 'be unlawful for any person; firm or corporation as the o;aner, lessee or tenant or the agent of such person in charge of the land, to place, keep or maintain a trailer as herein defined upon any lot, piece or parcel of land within the Village of I~iayfield,- unless such trailer shall be directly supplied vrith pure .a.nrl wholesome ,rater and shall have a separate individual connection with a sewage system designed and maintained in conformity to the sanitary ordinances of the Village. Section ~a No trailer, as herein defined, shall be parked at any one .t time with~.n tt~renty-four hours in or .upon any street or public hibhvray of the Village of Mayfield for a period longer than five minutes, nor shall it be parked thereon between the hours of 12000 o'clock midnight and 6..30 o'clock A.i~n. Section 4. It shall be unlawful for any person, fo?~ni or corporation to park or place or to permit the parking or placing of a trailer, as provided in Section 2 hereof, t^rithout first having obtained from the Mayor of the Village of Payfield .a license so to do. The application for such license sha11 be signed by the applicant and shall contain a,description of the premises to be occupied, the name of the ov~ler or occupant of said premises, the name and address o:E the trailer occupants, the license number of the trailer and the vehicle to vrhicll it is or may be attached and such other information as the Mayor of the Village of Mayfield may require. The .application shall be endorsed with the •~itten consent to the parking of such trailer by the owner or responsible occupant of the premises to be occupied, and such consent shalt be signed by such person. No permit shall_ be issued here- under unless the lot, piece or parcel of land upon rhich such trailer is to be placed, kept or maintained shall have-an area of at least 15,000 square feet and shall be Othert,.rise completely unoccupied by an„v other building, structure, trailer or device whatsoever. Section 5. The said license or permit sa issued by the Mayor of the Village of Mayfield shall be for .a period not to exceed one year. The .applicant shall pay .as .a fee therefor the sum of wI.00 for each month or fracti or_ thereof' covered by said license or permit, which said fee shal?_ be payable at ~tb.e time the application ig filed. Said_ permit cr license shall not be renewable.
