It is deerzed necesszry to issue the bo~zds of the Vii~age of Mayfield in the principal sum of 6,000 for the purpose of purchas= inc fire apparatus and e~ui.pment. Such bo?zds shall be issued in one lot and tilt-!t .anticipatory notes shall, not be issued ,_n anticipation of such bonds. Section:=. Each of said bonds shall be~in the denomination of lOOO, shall be dated the first day of December, 1947, and shall bear interest a,t .tine rate of tiro and one-:~~J_f per centu~~a per annum, payable semi-azrntally on the first day of June and the first da.y of Dece,iber of e~.ch ye~d~° until the principal sera is paid, provided, hojrever, ths.t if said bonds are sold bearing a dif:~erent r~;te of interest than hereinbefore specified, such bo?zds shall bea,.r suc'_~i r~.te of interest as may be provided for in the rasolution of council aiaproviizg the award thereof.. The principal and interest of all of said bonds shall_ be payable at the-office ox' the legal. depositary of the Village, presentl~T Central National Bann of Cleveland, Cleveland, Ohio, Section 3. Said bonds sn~~11 be xiutnbesed from 1 to 6, both inclusive, and s'n~Lll mature at the rate of X1000 on Decera'aer fi:cst in each of the ye~zrs fror~.1949.to 19549 inclusive, which maturities are hereby dete~nined to be in substantially ecual installments.
