That ti~thoever shall wilfully injure, destroy, <br />deface or remove any official monument within the Village of 11layfield, <br />placed by the Clevelar_d Regional Geodetic Survey, shall be guilty of <br />a misdemeanor, a.nd, upon conviction. thereof, shall be fined not to <br />_~~ exceed One Thousand (41,000.00) Dollars, or imprisoned in the County <br />_~ Jai1 for nog longer than one (1) year, or both. <br />Section 2.
