<br />ORDINANCE No® 29~ <br />By Mr, Sloan <br />At~I ORDINANCE GIVII'3G THE CONSEPTT OP THE VILLAGE OP <br />T~+IAYFIELD ^1U TFJE I1,~'ROVF_~1~1~,NT OF Z`~dILS0I7 II~ILLS ROAD . <br />BY SURFACE TREATIiTG. <br />"t~l"HE'REAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively <br />approved an improvement program for the year 1948 and <br />Vu'~i+ tAS, ono of these roads proposod to be improved is a <br />Village Street and also a County Road Down as V~ilson Dills Road lying <br />between S.O,T~'!. Center Road and the ti"~testerly Village Line. <br />IdO;N THI~I~EI'ORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY TFIE COUPI'CTL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF T~AYFIELD, STATE OF OHIO; <br />Section l: That it is declared to be of public interest <br />that the consent of the Villa.go be and such consent is hereby given <br />to the improvement of the above mentioned Highway by Surface Troating <br />bettiveen tkle termini aforesaid. <br />Suction 2: This ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency ordinance necessary for the iramediato preservation of the <br />public hoalth and safety, such-necessity exists by reason of the - <br />eondition of said road between the points heroinbefore designated, in . <br />consequence whereof great public, inconvenience is being-suffered and <br />public 'travel endangered and dolayed, and for the reason that it is necessary <br />to proceed at once in order to complete the improvement of such. road <br />during the year 1948. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to <br />furnish to tl~ie~o ra d of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga.
