OHIO, T~iATs _ _ .. <br />SSec~l• Ordinanco No. 86, commonly known as the Building Code <br />of the Village of Mayfield, is hereby amended by adding thereto Sections <br />13-1 and 13-2, reacling as follovrss <br />"Sec. 13-1• Architectural Board of R®vieer, <br />°'(a) There s'nall tie aszd hereby is, established in the <br />Va.llage of hayfield, Ohio, axi 9x°chitectural Board of Revi,e~v, <br />hereinafter.sorae times called gThe Boards, consisting of three <br />members appointed by the P~Yayor. and .confirmed by Council, for the <br />folloyva,.xag termse <br />Qne for a term expiring December 31, 1951 <br />One for a term expiring December 31, 1952, <br />~a,e for a term expiring December 31, 1953. <br />Subsequent appointments to the Board shall be for teruLs <br />of three years each. _ <br />Vaeatacies shall be filled for the remainder of unexpired <br />terms in the same manner as original appointments are made. <br />Any member of the Board shall be subject to removal by the <br />illayor with the. consent of Council. <br />
