The Board of Education of the ~Zayfield Local School District in order to,carry o~tt the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance, i s here'oy grantod an easement and right of way to lag and install its connecting sower across a'nd under property otismed by the Village of 'Mayfield, in order to connect tho sevrer facilities on said school__ preliv.ses z^rith the sanitary sewer on 'tlilson "' lls Road; prov~.ded, ho.vever, that said Board of Educati on shall perfoi~ the vrork in a safe and careful manner and_ shall leave said Village proa~.ses in as good condition as they were in prior to the laying of said sewer connections, and will fur'i.h.er indemnify and save hazznless tho Village of 'r~ayfield against all claims, demands, actions and causes of action, ..accruing to any person, firm or corporation by reason of damage to person, life or property caused by the construction of such connections. The i~iayor and Clork, subject to the approval os" the Solicitor as to foxrA, are hereby authorized to execute and deliver such documents as may be necessary in order to grant. to said Board of Education tho easement and right of way hor©inabove d0 S C1'ibeS3.. Sec. 3. This Ordinanco is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary for the iumiediate protection of the public peace, health, welfare and safety of the Village of +1Jiayfield and its inhabitants, for reasons apparent from the face of the ordinance, and shall be in force and go into effect from and after the date of its passage.
