ORDINANCE No,~370 <br />By hr: Godfrey <br />AN ORDINANCE T 0 PURCHASE A A]E'[~f POLICE AUT OhOB ILE .AND .. <br />T O SE LI, TIC PRESEPl'1' POLICE AiTT OI~,~OB IIE <br />VlftIEREAS, due advertisement has been published according to law <br />inviting bids fbr the sale of a new police automobile to the Village of <br />TirYayfield, Ohio, and x"or the sale of the automobile i~ow used by the Police <br />Department; and <br />VJL~EREAS, Euclid Ford Co. duly filed its bids with the Clerk it <br />accordanco with law, offering to sell to the Village a 1951 Ford Dlx, Tudor <br />8 cyl., color black, equipped with 5 600x16 tires, magic air heater and <br />defrosters, for the total sum of X1417.00 and offering to purchase the <br />present 1950 Ford Special Police Cruiser Hour used by the Police Depar~ent <br />of the Village for the surd, of X1061,00; and <br />~'IIP~REAS, said bid for the sale of a police car to the Village <br />is the lowest and best submitted and said bid for the purchase of the <br />presort police car now used by the police department is the highest and <br />best submitted, <br />NC4"J' THEREFC4IE BE IT ~DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TSE VILLAGE OF <br />Nll1YF~ LD, CUYAIIOGA.
