Godfrey <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AT~ND ORDINANCE N0. 324 AND TO FT1C, TAE <br />COMPENSATION AND BONDS OF THE EIWCTED OFFICERS AND THE <br />COMPENSATION OF THE 11~NLBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF TAE <br />VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD.. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: _ <br />Sec. 1. The annual salara.es and bonds of the various officers <br />of the Village of Mayfield, commencing January 1st, 1952, and continuing <br />until changed by Council be, and the same hereby are fixed as follot~rs: <br />Office Annual Compensation Bond <br />Mayor X600.00 ~p500.00 <br />Clock .800.00 2000.00 <br />Treasurer 200©00 5000.00 <br />Soc. 2. The compensation for members of the Council commencing <br />January 1st, 1952,. shall be X4.00 for each meoting attended, provided, <br />however, that the number of meetings for which any member of Council <br />may be paid shall not oxcaed 24 in any calendar year. <br />Sec. 3. Existing Ordinance No. 324. shall no longer be in effect <br />on and after January 1st, 1952® <br />Sec. 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preserPation of the public peace, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants end <br />shall be in force and go into effect on and after the date of its <br />passage. <br />Passed this 23rd day of July, 1951. <br />~l.J <br />~~ <br />ATTEST Clerk <br />MayorJ/3'rasident of Council <br />
