SPECIAL ASSESS~iIIENT BONDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF V~fATER MANS AND .APPURTENANCES IN CERTAIN ROADS AND STREETS IN THE VILLAGE OF b'1AYFIELD, OHIO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF IV.AYFI7~LD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO• Sec. 1. That the Council of tho Village of IJiayfield hereby authorizes and omploys an a part time basis, in add-ition to his other duties, J. Gordon McKay, to plan the issue of proposed special assessment bonds for . the construction of water main improvements in certain roads and streets in said Village of TJlayfield, and to prepare information, reports and financial data on taxation, .limitations, assessments, and other reports. - in connection with such proposed issue or issues to assist the Council - and officers of said Village in said improvements, and such other data and reports as may b© required by said Council in eonneetio3~ with said improvame~,ts prior to the issue and sale of said special assessment bondsb Sec4 2. That the compensation of said J. Gordon McKay for said part time work herein authorized shall be ~600~00 for each such issuo and he is hereby authorized and directed to be paa.d as follo-~vs: X400.00 when said plain and fizaaYtcial reports are completed and a note in, anticipation of the sa1~3 of said bonds has been sold, s,?~d the remainder of ~200a00 t~rhen the special assessment bonds issued for said project have been sold by the Council of tho Vi 11 age of Mayf ie 1d, Ohio Sec. 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reason that such ir~for~nation herein, author.zed aT~d required must be completed prior to completion of legislation authorizing the issuance of said notes in anticipation of the issuance of said bonds, and therefore this ordinance shall tako effect i~nediately upon its passage.
