ordinanae Na. 401 By Mr. Shatz AN ORDINANCE CONSENTING TO THE T~$AINTENANCE .AND REPAIR OF CERTAIN STREETS AND ROADS.BY THE BOARD OF. COUNTY COMMISSIOlUERS . OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO. ~:. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively approved a T~aintenance and Repair program for the year 1952; and VVHFREAS, a number of the roads to be maizztained and repaired aro Village Straets and also County Roads known by the following names and lying be~tvreen the limits designated, viz: Road From To Highle..nd S.O.M. -Cutter Road W. Line Mayfield Village Wilson Mills Lander Road E. Line Mayfield Village 'White S.O.M. Center Road W. Line Mayfield Village Lander S.Line Mayfield Vil]age Wilson T'dills Road WHEREAS, the maintenance and repair is to include the folloving operations: 1. Repairing roadway berms 20 Cleelzing and repairing culverts and drainage systems 3. Cleaning, repairing and treatment of road surface 4. Planting, mowing, pruning and removing weeds, trees & shrubs 5. Repairing and installing guard rail 6. Installing and repairing road signs and warning signs 7. Painting traffic lanes, center lines and mark3.ng RR crossings. i1T07V~ THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFZELD, STATE OF OHIO:- - ~ - Sec. 1. That it is declared to be of public interost that the consent of the Vi1le.ge by and such consent is hereby given to the maintenance and repair on the above mentioned highv~rays between the termini aforesaid, by the Board of County Commissioners. - Sec. 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency mrdinance necessary for the. immediate preservation of the public health and safety; such tzecessity exists by reason of the fact that froezing and thawing action has created hazardous conditions on these roads, in consequence whereof great public inconvenience would be suffered and public travel endangered and delay®d, and said ordinance shall take effect at the earliest time as provided by lawn
