ORDINANCE No. !}1.5 <br />Introduced by Dr. Waltz <br />AN ORDNANCE $UTHORT22NG THE BOARD~OF COUNTY COMMCSSIONERS <br />OF CUYAHOGA''COUNTY, OHIO, TO LAY OUT, ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN <br />ONE OR~hORE.SEINER.DISTRTCTS TO INCLUDE A PART OR ALL OF THE <br />TERRITORY tiVITHIN THE VIZLAGE.OF HAYFIELD, OHTO. <br />tiVHERF~AS, it is deemed advisable"b~~the Council of the Village of <br />hayfield, O'hio, to authorize the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, to lay out, establish and. maintain one or more county sewer <br />districts to include a part or all of the territory within the Village of <br />Njayfield, Ohia, as the whole or a part of a county sager district in <br />Cuyahoga County for the purpose of providing main works for both se~rerage <br />and water supply, <br />NO~V THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYF]>aLD, <br />STATE OF OHIO, THAT: ~ _ ._ <br />SecQ 1. I~ accordance with the provisions of Sections 6602-1 to 6602-33, <br />inclusive, o the General Code of Ohio the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio, be; and they hereby are, ~zthorized to lay out, establish <br />and maintain one or more county sewer districts to include a part or all of <br />the territory within the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, as the whole or a part of <br />such county seover district, or districts. <br />Sec. 2.
