Endress ~ - <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AP,ZEND SECTION 3 OF ORDINAI~iCE N0. 3.03, <br />AS Ai+~NDED BY .ORDINANCE N0. 313, BY INCREASING THE <br />C011~PENSATION OF TIIC SCHOOL GzJARD. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNC]Z OF Tl-iE V]ZLA.GE OF MgYFSELD, CTJYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 303,' entitled: r'An Ordinance <br />to create the position of School Guard and to repeal Section 2 (c) of <br />Ordinance ~~298~r, as amended by Ordinance No. 313, is hereby amended to <br />read, as follows: <br />~rSec. 3. The compensation of the School Guard shall be <br />~"v5.00 for each day worked beo nning November lst, 1952, but may <br />be changed at any time by Council by ordinance, resolution or <br />Motion. The School Guard shall spend at least 3-1~2 hours on <br />each school day in the performance of his duties.rr <br />Sec. 2. .~i.sting Section 3 of Ordinance No. 303, as amended <br />by Ordinance No. 313, is hereby repealed as of this date. <br />Sec. 3. This Ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the <br />Village of it~tayfield and its inhabitants, in order to insure proper <br />protection of the school children, and this Ordinance shall go into <br />effect immediately upon its passage. <br />Passed this 6tli day of November, 1952. <br />Attest: <br />
