ORDINANCE No. 1132 <br />By Dr. Waltz <br />AN ORDINANCE TO CONTRIBUTE TOWARD THE COST OF RE- <br />SURFACING SOM. CENTER ROAD. <br />Wf~ftEAS, the State of Ohio proposes to improve that portion <br />of SOPJI Center Road extending from Wilson Mills Road to the Lake County <br />Line at an approximate total cost of ~p18'600.00 and has requested <br />the Village of Mayfield to contribute. the sum of X1180.00 tovrard the <br />cost of said improvement, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE TT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCSL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF PdA,YFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THATa <br />Sec. 1. The sum of X1180®00 is hereby appropriated from the <br />Gasoline max Street I~ba:intenance and Repair Fund to be contributed to <br />the State. of Ohio to:Yard the cost of re-surfacing SOPd Center Road <br />between Wilson ~fLi.lls Road and the Lake County Line. <br />5ec® 2.
