Sloan AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF APPROxI~ATELY 500 FEET OF Frt2E HOSE BE IT ORDATNID BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOC~ COUNTY OHIO, THAT: - Sec. 1® The following described personal property, belonging to the Village of Mayfield, which is estimated to be less than ~I000.00 in value, is unfit and not needed for any municipal purpose of the Village of Hayfields Approximately 500 feet of 3/~.« High Pressure Fire Hose. Sec. 2. The Chief of the Fire Department is hereby authorized and direc~ed sell the property described in Section 1 at the best price obtainable in his judgment. Sec: 3. This Ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, and shall be in farce and effect on and after the date of its passage.
