CENTER ` ' ROAD` SY ?THE ~ CONSTRUCTION :.OF A WATER MAIN THEREIN. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNC 1"G OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, OHIO. Sec. 1. That the Council of Mayfield, Ohio, hereby-determines that, the pare of .property fronting on the northeast corner of Wilson ~ii.lls Road and S.O.M. Center Road owned by T. ~ P. Realty.Co.,.Audi:tor's~Permanent Parcel No. 831-2~.-14., shall be exempted one hundred feet (100 0 from the assessment for the cost~of improving S.O.M. Center Road from .the Center - Line of Wilson Mills Road in a northerly line to the north I.ine~of the Board of Education property on-B.O.M® Center Road and this Council further determines that the parcel of property fronting on the northwest corner of Wilson Mi.11s Road and S,O.M. Center Road owned by Dora IVf. Greer, Auditor's Permanent Parcel No. 831-15-16, shall be exempted one hundred feet (LOOT) from the assessment for the cost of improving .S..O.IU~. Center Road from.the center line of Wilson Mills Road ~,n a northerly 7.,3.ne to 'the north line of the Board of Education property on S.O.M. Center Road and this Council does hereby--approve both of said aforesaid exemptions. , Sec®-2. That the Clerk of .this Council 'oe and she is hereby , authorised and directed to make such adjustment in the 'said assessments for the levyIxTg of the cost of the improvement of said S.O.M. That this Council hereby approves and orders paid from the grater improvement fund of TtlayPield Village the cost of said two hundred feet (2001) exempted in Section 1 hereof and that said amount shall be paid into the ?Ylson Mills - S.O.P..
