BE IT ORDAINE'.D BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VIZLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY OHIO, THAT; _ <br />Seo. 1. Council of the Village of Mayfield hereby determines <br />that the parcel. of property fronting on the Southeast corner of Wilson <br />I~i.lls Road and S.O.M. Center Road owned by Sandor Bordonaro, Auditor's <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-39-6 sha11 be exempted 100 feet from the <br />assessment for the cost of improving S.O.Zd. Center Road from the center <br />line of Wilson MilJ.s Road to the South corporation line of the Village <br />of Mayfield, by the construction of a water main therein and this <br />Council further determines that the parcel of property fronting on <br />the Southwest corner of Wilson i.Ii17.s Road and S.O.M. Center Road olQned <br />by Mayfield Methodist Church, Auditor's Permanent Parcel No. 831-37-l~, <br />shall be exempted 100 feet from the assessment for the cost of improving <br />S.O.fl4. Center Road from the center 7a.ne of Wilson TRills Road to the <br />South corporation line of the Village of Mayfield by the construction <br />of a water main therein, and this Council does hereby approve both <br />of said aforesaid exemptions. <br />Sec. 2. The Assessing Board and the Cleric of the Village of <br />Mayfiel acT~re~ereby authorized and directed to make such adjustments <br />in said assessments for the levying of the cost of the improvement of <br />tie said S.O.M.
