ORDINANCE No. !~.l~.3 <br />By Mr. Endress <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ROBERT L]NICH <br />d.b.a. L & L EXCAVATING. COMPANY TO REMOVE-TREES <br />AND GRADE BONNIEVIEGT ROAD. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MA,YFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY OHIO, THAT: - . <br />Sec. 1® Council hereby accepts a bid dated June 12, 1953, submitted <br />by Robert-Linich, d.b.a. L & L Excavating Company, to remove and dispose <br />of trees now within the limits of Bonnieview Road and to grade said road <br />to a level so that it can be properly slagged, the amount of said bid <br />being in the amount of X800000. Council determines that said bid is the <br />lowest and best submitted for such work. <br />Sec. 2. The Mayor and the Clerk are authorized to enter into a <br />contract~Robert Linich, d.b.a. L & L Excavating Company, to perform <br />the services hereinabove specified, for the amount of X800.00. <br />Sec® 3. The amount of X800.00 is hereby appropriated from the <br />Village feeasury for said purpose. <br />Sec. !~. This Ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure <br />necessary~or the iir¢nediate preservation of the public health, welfare <br />and safety of the Village of lUlayfield and its inhabitants in order that <br />said Bonnieview Road may be put in such condition that a water main <br />can be laid therein for the purpose of furnishing water to the residents <br />living along said street and said ordinance shall go into effect and <br />be in force from and after the date of its passage. <br />Passed this 22nd day of June, 1953. <br />Approved <br />yor si en o Counci <br />Attest <br />~~ ~~~ <br />Se C er <br />
